Boot Straps

What’s the difference between SleekFit and SportFlex straps?

SleekFit uses an extended Velcro design for a clean, bulk-free look.

SportFlex includes a plastic loop for added adjustability across different boot sizes.

Are the straps a replacement for wraps or protective boots?

No. The straps provide light, supplementary security and a polished finish, but they are not a substitute for properly fitted boots or professional equine care.

Do the straps fit all boot sizes?

Both styles are adjustable and fit most standard protective boots. Extremely small or oversized boots may require extra adjustment. The custom option will allow you to to choose Pony, Small, Medium, and Large.

How do I clean the straps?

Prior to washing, secure the Velcro and place the item in the mesh bag included with your purchase. Machine wash with like colors using any standard detergent on a warm or cold cycle; do not use hot water.

What sizes are the saddle pads?

Our pads are made to fit most standard English saddles. Each product page includes exact measurements.

Are the socks one-size-fits-most?

Yes—they’re designed with comfortable stretch to fit a wide range of riders.

What comes with the barn checklists?

Each checklist comes with velcro, extra sheets of cardstock, and a pen.

Are the accessories machine-washable?

Most are! Each product page includes specific care instructions.

Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it's on the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition. Contact us to start the process.
